If you believe content on Clink infringes your copyright, send a notice to abuse@clink.la including: the work you claim is infringed, the specific content (a link or the post id), your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act, and your signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed content identified, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you are located.
Repeat infringers
We suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
