The service
Clink is provided by Clink. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old.
Your account
Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your passkeys and devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@clink.la if you believe it has been compromised.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us the limited licence needed to store it, deliver it to the followers you approved, and show it back to you — nothing more. We do not use your content to train models or for advertising.
Do not post content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to share, or that harasses or endangers someone. We may remove such content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
Other people's phone numbers
Approving a follower shares your phone number with them. Use the numbers you receive through Clink only to respond to what people share with you. Bulk collection, resale, or automated contact is prohibited.
Messages we send
By verifying your phone number you agree to receive verification codes, security alerts about your account and, if you keep notification texts on, texts about the people you follow. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS, HELP for help.
Acceptable use
No automated access except through interfaces we publish for that purpose; no attempts to circumvent rate limits, discover users, or access content you were not granted; no impersonation.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features; we will give notice for changes that affect your data. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is currently nothing.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections about your content, acceptable use, and liability survive termination.
